Safe To Use - Push Button Operation - Fast Turnaround Time

Description:
This is the ultimate machine for making your own Biodiesel! It is so easy to use- just add the oil and three chemicals, and push the start button. You use the same amount of chemicals every time, so no titrations! You don't even have to measure the amount of methanol- just fill till the handy sight-glasses are half-full. See Using The Machine for detailed photos. After adding all the ingredients, you simply push the start button and walk away! In 24 hours you return and drain the glycerin, then be sure the machine's wash line is in a container with about 45 gal of water, and push the "Wash" button. Return in another 24 hours, and the fuel is not only washed, but dried and ready to pump into your car! And the fuel is high quality- passes the 3/27 test every time, and would likely meet ASTM standards. The machine handles also handles oil that titrates up to about 10 (with KOH), but most restaurant waste oil is much better than that.

- 50 Gallons of used or new vegetable oil or oil derived from animal fat (triglyceride) - 10 Gallons of methanol (racing fuel) - Lye (Sodium Hydroxide – NaOH) or Caustic Potash (Potassium Hydroxide – KOH) - Sulfuric Acid (93% Pure or better) – Not common battery acid - Approx. 45 Gallons of fresh standing water - Standard 110 vAC / 15 amp dedicated power source - Air tight storage containers for methanol, lye/caustic potash, sulfuric acid - All safety equipment such as rubber gloves, protective eye goggles, rubber apron, etc (included along with 7 kg digital scale)
