BioPro150
Processes 40 gal (150 L) of oil into biodiesel in 48 hours.

Safe To Use - Push Button Operation - Fast Turnaround Time

Description:
A smaller and more economical version of the 190 model, this machine will produce 40 gallons of quality biodiesel every 48 hours. The machine is the same quality stainless steel construction as the 190 and 380, and nearly as simple to operate. The only differences in operation are:
- There is only one tank for adding chemicals. First the methanol is added up to the fill level. Then the user pushes the start button, adds the sulfuric acid (150 ml), and waits about 5 minutes for those chemicals to drain and mix with the oil. Then the catalyst (KOH or NaOH) and more methanol is added to the same tank, and the user is then free until returning 24 hours later to drain the glycerin.
- During the water wash, the waste water is drained off manually after each of the three washes (instead of this happening automatically).
- The machine has a bracket for mounting a fuel pump, but the pump is not included with the machine. It can be purchased when the machine is ordered for an additional $357, or later for $390 + $30 shipping.
You can expect this machine to make the same high quality fuel in the same short time period as the 190 or 380 models.
